This credit can be applied to any other item available in our inventory, either online or in our physical showroom (if applicable).

We believe that offering store credit allows our customers the flexibility to find another piece that better suits their preferences, while also supporting our commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and exclusivity across our collection.


2. 14-Day Return Window

Customers must initiate a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order. This date is determined by the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

To qualify for return eligibility under our policy:

  • The merchandise must be unworn and in its original, pristine condition.

  • All original tags must still be attached to the item (if applicable).

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • All accompanying documentation, including certificates of authenticity, appraisal forms, care cards, or branded packaging, must be included in the return shipment.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected or may be subject to a partial credit at the sole discretion of Mozzafiato Jewelers. We kindly request that customers handle all items with care during the decision-making period to ensure eligibility for exchange or credit.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@mozzafiatojewelers.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. In the subject line, include your order number (e.g., “Order #45678”).

  3. In the body of your email, include the following information:

    • Full name associated with the order

    • Email address used during the purchase

    • Shipping address

    • Item(s) being returned or exchanged

    • Whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange (please specify the new item, if known)

We operate under a no-questions-asked return policy, meaning you are not required to explain your reason for returning the item. Once we receive your email, our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping and Packaging Requirements

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

To ensure the safe return of your item:

  • Use the original packaging, including any protective pouches, boxes, or gift wrapping provided at the time of delivery.

  • Include all documents, such as certificates, grading reports, or appraisals.

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Mozzafiato Jewelers is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

We strongly advise insuring the package for the full retail value of the item, especially when returning high-value pieces.


5. Store Credit Details

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the item (excluding shipping) provided the return conditions are met.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code sent via email.

  • Credit codes do not expire and may be used at any time.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Store credit may not be exchanged for cash or used retroactively on previous purchases.


6. Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your returned item for another, please indicate your preference when initiating your return. All exchanges are dependent on product availability at the time of processing. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Please note that each item is handcrafted and limited in quantity; therefore, exchange options may be limited depending on stock levels.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-designed or custom-ordered jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Items that have been altered (resized, polished, repaired) by a third party

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase

These exceptions are made to ensure product authenticity and uphold hygiene and quality standards across all transactions.


8. Return and Processing Timeline

  • Day 0–14: Customer must email us to initiate a return.

  • Within 2 Business Days: We respond with instructions and return address.

  • Within 5 Business Days of Receiving Instructions: Customer must ship item back.

  • Within 7 Business Days of Receiving Return: We inspect the item and issue store credit or approve the exchange.
